The duration of divorce/family mediation is on a case-by-case basis. The price listed is an hourly rate that does not reflect additional services by other professional support (CDFA, Lawyer, Accountant, and so on) or any necessary preparations for your case.
Each party is responsible for their own mediation costs and expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. If mediation does not result in a settlement, all parties remain liable for mediation fees. Hourly rates are prorated if a full hour is not required.
For emergencies, timely communication is essential to arrange a rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation will result in a $110 administrative fee to cover labor costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payor.
