My Professional Background
My journey into conflict resolution began in 2017 when I took on a fraud dispute against a financial institution—representing myself and winning. That experience sparked a deep passion for navigating complex legal conflicts and finding fair solutions. From there, I handled breach-of-contract cases, real estate regulations, and ADA employment disputes, each experience reinforcing my commitment to helping people through difficult situations.

Before mediation, I spent over a decade in financial services, working as a Director of Recruitment on Wall Street. One of my proudest accomplishments was creating a Military Initiative Program that helped veterans transition into careers in financial investments. That work gave me firsthand insight into the challenges people face when navigating major life changes—and how the right support can make all the difference.

Mediation, for me, is about more than resolving disputes; it’s about creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. Whether it’s a workplace conflict, a family matter, or a civil dispute, my goal is to guide conversations with fairness and compassion, helping people find solutions that work for them.
