JS Mediation Services, LLC provides professional mediation for discrimination, defamation, ADA disputes, employment conflicts, and negligence cases. Through a neutral and structured process, parties are guided toward fair and effective resolutions, reducing the time, cost, and stress of litigation. Mediation fosters open dialogue, ensures all voices are heard, and promotes mutually beneficial agreements in a confidential and impartial setting. The duration of civil mediation is on a case-by-case basis. The price listed is an hourly rate that does not reflect additional services by other professional support (translator, lawyer, and so on) or any necessary preparations for your case.
Each party is responsible for their own mediation costs and expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. If mediation does not result in a settlement, all parties remain liable for mediation fees. Hourly rates are prorated if a full hour is not required.
For emergencies, timely communication is essential to arrange a rescheduling. If a settlement is reached within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, a $110 administrative fee will be applied to cover labor costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payor.
